We don't really care as long as you want to skim.
Please note: if your child is under 7 and would really like to come then please do. We really want your family to attend together if possible. We'll simply teach you, the parent or guardian, everything you need to know and you will be your kid's instructor! Please understand however that they will need their own board as ours will be too big and our loaner skimboards are quite limited.
We strongly suggest that if you (your kid) is advanced (can ride waves for real) that he/she stay for the advanced skim session at 7:30 pm. We all have a blast skimming and hanging out at the 6pm session but if you have the basics down you may not learn anything new. Then again skimming is learning.
Additionally, please do not bring your beginner skimmer to the 7:30 session as this is a fast paced, hard core skim session. For the advanced session, the skimmer must be accompanied by an adult if under the age of 14. Please keep in mind that anyone and everyone is welcome to stay and watch during this session or even skim near the advanced skimmers with adult supervison.
